This course is designed for foreigners who are just starting to learn Czech and would like to handle basic communication in everyday situations in the Czech Republic.
The lessons follow a communicative approach, with a strong focus on the practical use of language in real-life contexts.
The course is suitable for complete beginners. During one week, participants will acquire essential vocabulary and phrases, and gain confidence in common situations – introducing themselves, finding their way around the city, ordering food, or shopping.
Lessons combine language instruction, practical exercises, and a brief introduction to Czech culture and everyday life.
When: 8.9.-12.9.2025, 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day (9:00-16:00)
Where: Technology park, Faculty of Chemistry, Purkyňova 118, 7th floor, room 7.15
